Ways to pay

Visa and Mastercard, credit or debit. You type your card into Razorpay's secure payment form, never into our site, so we never see your card number.

How your total is built

Our prices already include the freight from India, and the total at checkout is the whole amount you pay us. US import duty is settled before your parcel reaches you, so the carrier collects nothing at your door. At checkout we add only the flat shipping charge for your order size, and show you the full amount before you pay.

That total is final. There are no handling fees and no surcharges.

Keeping your payment safe

Card details are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider, over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.

We will never ask for your password or a one-time code by email, chat or phone. Please treat any such request as fraudulent.

If a payment is declined

Most declines happen when the billing address does not match the card, or when a bank has international purchases switched off. Please check both and try again, or use another card.

Declined attempts are never charged.
