We ship from India to the United States and to every other country listed in the Ship-To selector at the top of the page. Your prices are shown in that country's currency.
Delivery to the United States takes 9 to 11 days for a parcel up to 20 kg, door to door. Those days already include the time we spend buying your piece in India and preparing the export paperwork, so they are the whole wait and not just the flight. The product page shows the exact dates for each piece and for your country.
We quote a range because a small number of parcels are held for extra checks at one border or the other, and no carrier can hurry that. Please plan around the later date, especially for a wedding or a festival.
We try our best to get every order to you within its delivery window. Now and then customs holds a parcel for extra checks, which can add a few days; we follow it with the carrier and keep you updated until it reaches you.
Every parcel travels with a tracking number, and we email it to you when your parcel ships.
ShipGlobal books your parcel on a tracked international air service, chosen by its weight. Your tracking link names the carrier that delivers it.
No shipping charge on orders over $59. On orders up to $59 there is one flat charge: $3.99 from $25, $5.99 from $10, and $9.99 under $10, whatever the parcel weighs. That is the whole charge.
The price on each product page already carries the cost of flying that piece to you, so you can see the real cost while you shop rather than at the last step.
Our prices already include the freight from India, and the total at checkout is the whole amount you pay us. US import duty is settled before your parcel reaches you, so the carrier collects nothing at your door. At checkout we add only the flat shipping charge for your order size, and show you the full total before you pay.
That total is final.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us photographs of the piece and its packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
You may cancel any order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, from Account → Orders.
After 24 hours we have already bought your piece in India, so cancellation is no longer possible.
