If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please email us photographs within 7 days of delivery, and we will send you a replacement at no cost or refund the full amount, whichever you prefer.
Because every parcel is bought, exported and customs-cleared for one shopper, we are unable to take back a piece that arrived in good condition, including for size or fit. If you are unsure about a size, colour or fabric, please write to us before ordering and we will help you decide.
Within 7 days of delivery, email hello@tiabow.com from the address on your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the piece and its outer packaging.
Please keep the packaging until your claim is resolved, as the carrier needs it to assess damage on their side.
We reply within 24 hours, any day. Once your claim is approved, your replacement is dispatched or your refund is initiated, and any return shipping is paid by us.
Pieces that arrived in good condition, including size and fit, damage caused by wear or washing, and claims made more than 7 days after delivery.
For hygiene reasons we also cannot accept returns of lingerie, swimwear or pierced jewellery, unless the piece arrived damaged or defective. In that case our commitment applies in full.
We try our best to get every order to you within its delivery window. Now and then customs holds a parcel for extra checks, which can add a few days; we follow it with the carrier and keep you updated until it reaches you.
If the carrier cannot deliver to your address, or customs needs your identification or signature, we will email you as soon as either happens so it can be sorted quickly.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, you will be refunded in full. A full refund is everything you paid us, including the shipping charge and the import duty.
