When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, what you bought and what you paid. If you start a checkout, what you type there is saved with your bag as you go, even if you do not place the order.
When you sign in, your email address and the one-time codes we send to it. When you write to us, your message and our reply. When you join the newsletter or ask to hear when a piece is back in stock, your email address.
Payment details go to the payment provider, not to us. Card details are handled by Razorpay, and we never see or store your full card number.
To take payment, buy your piece and deliver it. That means passing your delivery details to the carrier and, as the law requires, to customs.
To answer you when you write to us, and to email you about your order: the confirmation, the tracking number and anything that changes.
To keep the store secure and to stop fraud.
To send you news and new drops, only if you subscribed. Write to hello@tiabow.com and they stop. If you leave a checkout unfinished we may send you up to two reminders, and if you asked to hear when a piece is back, we send one email when it is.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the companies that run parts of the store for us, each for the purpose named here.
Razorpay takes your payment and handles your card details.
ShipGlobal books and carries your parcel. It receives your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and the contents and value of your parcel, and passes what is needed to the delivering carrier and to customs.
Resend sends our emails, including order confirmations and sign-in codes, so it receives your email address and the content of those emails.
Our servers and database run with a cloud hosting provider in the United States. Product photos load from the listing's image servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when your browser fetches a photo.
Our own usage log, kept on our servers, records pages viewed, clicks and errors against a random ID stored in your browser, so we can find pages that are broken or confusing. It never records what you type, it stores your country and not your IP address, and it switches itself off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Detailed events are deleted after a limited period and only daily totals are kept.
Necessary cookies keep your bag, your sign-in and your delivery country working. The store cannot work without them. We do not load advertising or analytics cookies from other companies today; if that changes, this page will name each one first.
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, the CCPA and similar laws you may ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, and you may object to how we use it. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Email hello@tiabow.com from the address on your order or account. We reply within 24 hours, any day. Deletion completes within 30 days, except for records tax law requires us to keep. Your information is processed in India, where we work, in the United States, where our servers are, and wherever the companies named above operate.
When the companies we use, or the way we use your information, change, we update this page and the date at the top.
