TiaBow is a direct seller, not a marketplace. When you place an order, we buy the piece new in India on your behalf and take responsibility for international shipping, customs and support until it reaches your door.
Please keep your sign-in method secure and your delivery details accurate. You can browse and check out as a guest; an account is optional and keeps your orders in one place.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a piece or your size goes out of stock after you order, we refund you in full without delay.
You may cancel any order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, from Account → Orders.
After 24 hours we have already bought your piece in India, and cancellation is no longer possible.
Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and hand-finished pieces vary a little from one to the next. Where the physical piece and its listing differ, the piece and the maker's documentation prevail; a piece that is clearly not what was listed is covered by our returns commitment.
If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and fully refund the affected items before dispatch. We will always write to you and explain.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the consumer law of the country you live in. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the affected order.
