How long does delivery take? 9 to 11 days door to door for this item, including the time we spend buying it in India and preparing the export paperwork. The outer date allows for the small number of parcels customs holds for extra checks. Every parcel travels with a carrier tracking number.

How is the price calculated? Our prices already include the freight from India. The only thing added at checkout is a flat shipping charge by order size, and there is none on orders over $59. US import duty is settled before your parcel reaches you, so the carrier collects nothing at your door.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong? We will make it right. Email us photographs of the piece and its packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we will refund the full amount or send a replacement at no cost, whichever you prefer.
