DELIVERYHow long does delivery take?
Allow 11 to 13 days to the UAE, including buying and export preparation. The product page shows the dates for each piece. We try our best to get every order to you within its delivery window. Now and then customs holds a parcel for extra checks, which can add a few days; we follow it with the carrier and keep you updated until it reaches you. See delivery details.
SIZEHow do I choose my size?
Go by the brand's own size chart, not your usual letter size: Indian labels often run a little smaller. Not sure? Write to us before you order and we will read the chart with you. Read the size & fit guide.
SHIPPINGWhat does shipping cost?
No shipping charge on orders over $59. On orders up to $59 there is one flat charge: $3.99 from $25, $5.99 from $10, and $9.99 under $10, whatever the parcel weighs. The freight for each piece is already in its price, so this is the only shipping charge, and your bag shows it before you pay. Full shipping policy.
RETURNSWhat if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email hello@tiabow.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the piece and packaging. Choose a replacement or a full refund. Pieces that arrive in good condition cannot come back, including for size. Read the returns policy.
